Sounds like it could be a Westley Richards & Co. knockoff. Research Westley Richards guns and see if u can narrow it down. I believe the ELG is a Begian Proof Mark. True W. Richards shotguns were made in England. Howere, at the time there were 17 other registered gunmakers in England at the time with the name Richards. A TRUE Westley Richards will never have the first name abbreviated.

You may have to break the shotgun down in to the barrel section and the receiver section first.Look under the barrel section on the flat just ahead of the lug for the serial number.
