Who made a 16 gauge Eastern Arms shotgun and when?

AnswerEastern Arms was a trade name of Sears Roebuck. From about 1905 - 1915 it would probably have been made by Meriden Firearms, a company owned by Sears. Later guns were probably made by J. Stevens Arms. But since the low bid got the contract, some were made by Crescent, Iver Johnson, and others.Sears sold guns under the Eastern Arms name after WWII as well. Eastern Arms guns made by Stevens were marked 101.7. Any guns sold by Sears that were made by Marlin were marked 103.xx with numbers after the decimal indicating a specific model.

Who made a gun that is marked PAC.Mdsto.CA?

Pacific Arms Corp of Modesto is a firearms importer. US law requires that firearms imported into the US be marked with the name and address of the Importer. Among other possibilities, they were importing guns made by Shooter's Arms.

When were Stevens Arms 22 rifles produced?

Stevens guns were made at the plant in Chicopee Falls, Mass. Guns made from 1864 to 1886 will be marked J. STEVENS & CO. From 1886 to 1916 they were marked J. STEVENS A & T CO or J. STEVENS ARMS & TOOL CO. No Stevens firearms were manufactured from 1916 until 1920 when Savage Arms purchased the facilities and name. From 1920 until 1942 (or '48) Savage marked guns J. STEVENS ARMS CO and after that simply STEVENS or STEVENS/SAVAGE. The Stevens name was discontinued in 1991.

Did Remington sell a 410 that was made by the Eastern Arms Co?

Doubt it. Eastern Arms was a trade name and not an actual manufacturer. It is possible that some guns marked Eastern Arms Co were manufactured by Remington for Sears Roebuck.
