As far as I know, radar was invented by a Hungarian scientist named Zoltan Bay. That radar was first used in World War II by the British troops.

Radar!
To detect, track, and sometimes identify objects via the emission of radio waves. Speed radar (like those used by police) can detect nearby objects and calculate their speed. Weather radar can detect the location of clouds and rain. Air traffic radar can detect and track unidentified flying objects. With the help a monopulse secondary surveillance radar, the radar system can identify the individual planes. Higher technology radars can detect and identify distant small objects with great precision.
No world is a stage, and you cannot detect a helicopter unless you have the radar station (radar alone is not sufficient)
Normal radar sends out radio waves to determine the location of an object. Doppler radar can not only find the location of an object or storm, but using something known as the Doppler effect can determine how fast it is moving towards or away from the radar.
tracking radar
"Amateur RADAR" here may defined as "a RADAR unit made by private individuals" as for "Phalcon RADAR" it's an AEW (Airborne Early Warning) RADAR unit made by Israeli firm "ELTA"
Refer to the government that made radar detectors illegal .
The best radar detectors on the market are made by Beltronics. Beltronics is a leading manufacturer of the Vector, Professional, and Express radar and laser detectors.
Radar Television
Made from a Composite Material. Strong light and not able to be detected by the radar.
Oceans can have a dramatic impact on weather radar. Mountains can also affect radar, although generally the difference is not dramatic.
acronym
Radar sends out a radio wave and measures the reflected radio wave using it to calculate a target's speed, shape, material the object is made of, and direction of movement.
the plane is made with radar absorbent material, and is shaped specifically so the radar that doesn't get absorbed, deflects off of it at an angle and not back to the ground based radar. it has been rated as the best bomber till now in the world.
If you are referring to the missing Malaysian Airlines' plane, it is true that it had radar. However according to news reports, it has been suggested that the plane was deliberately flown too low which made radar detection impossible.
It is an ACRONYM (i.e.: a made-up word consisting (usually) of the first letters of the real thing) For instance: RADAR = Radio Aid to Ranging.
The radome is the cover over the nose of the airplane. Inside of it is the weather radar antenna It is usually made out of fiberglass or composite material so it will not interfere with the radar system.
