It is very possible that your Western Field model EMN 175 was made by Marlin.The models EMN 171,and EMN 176 were made by Marlin for Montgomery Wards.The model 50 marlin is the model 171 and was made from 1925-1930,and the model 176 was the marlin model 55.

IF your shotgun is a .410 pump action, it is probably a Noble Model 70 (some of the store brand cross references can be a bit goofy). If yours is a Noble, they were made from about 1958-1970. If yours has no serial number, made before 1968 (they were not required on shotguns until then). Value is ABOUT $100-$175, depending on condition.
