If you go to http://www.cortecvci.com/Publications/Reports/reports.php you will find the following list with all manafacturer I know of

This list is however only indicative of people active in selling VCI finished product. There are chemical companies that specifically develop VCI's such as Pentakem in South Africa, Cortec in USA, Daubert, Viba in Italy, C.P.T. in the UK etc. there are many more but you have to be careful of the technology as many companies used ancient dangerous VCI's from the 1940's. Pentakem, C.P.T. & Cortec are actively developing all the time.

What is VCI paper?

Volatile corrosion inhibitors (VCI) are a type of corrosion inhibitor used to protect ferrous materials against corrosion where it is impractical to apply surface treatments. They slowly release compounds within a sealed airspace that actively prevent surface corrosion. A typical application is to protect stored tools or parts inside bags, boxes or cupboards, one advantage of VCIs being that if the container is opened and reclosed, levels of inhibitor will recover.

Why anodic inhibitors are not satisfactory?

there is a certain critical concentration of solution above which inhibition may be experienced... when an insufficient concentration is used all the anodic areas may not be covered, as a result it leads to increase in current density at that place......hence, it can be dangerous..if not used in right concentration...
