AEM currently makes all Mopar intakes and relabels them as Mopar.
It depends on the model filter. Most are made by Purolator but some are made by Champion Labs. Unless you are doing a accurate restoration of a Chrysler vehicle I would not buy a Mopar filter. Purchase a Purolator, Wix, or Bosch as they are quality filters unlike Champion which you may get if you buy a Mopar.

More than likely Purolator but it is possible it is made by Fram. It changes from year to year.
