The answer is nobody, since Brambleclaw was not given nine lives. Only the leaders of the Clans are granted with nine lives from StarClan in the Warriors series, and Brambleclaw is currently only ThunderClan's deputy so he doesn't receive the extra lives.
Bluestar received her nine lives from StarClan, led by her deceased mentor Goosefeather. The nine lives she received were for courage, justice, loyalty, intelligence, energy, love, hope, kindness, and mercy.
Mistystar is still alive as of the latest book in the Warriors series, "A Light in the Mist."
In the "Warrior Cats" book series, the suffix "star" is added to a cat's name when they become the leader of their clan. This signifies that they have received their nine lives from StarClan and have taken on the responsibility of leading their clan.
