His name was john russell daniel. Wait, Elizabeth Thomas, You don't know the whole story. John Daniel was the one charged, but there was someone else named Luis Bey (not sure of the spelling of the last name..could be Bay) who most likely committed the murder. Luis Bay hung out with all the teenagers in the neighborhood, but he was an older man. He ran a Fencing operation and had the kids stealing for him and who knows what else. Anyway, I know someone who knew Sylvia and Micaela very well and he knew Luis Bey. Everyone knew Luis did it, but everyone was scared of him. Sylvia's mother knew Luis did it and she confronted him, but nothing ever happened to him. He got away with it. I used to have a letter from John Daniel that he wrote from prison telling everyone to beware of Luis and that Luis framed him. My friend was riding his bike when he saw Luis driving his car and John Daniel in the passenger seat and Micaela and Sylvia in the backseat...Micaela already looked dead..she was slumped over and Sylvia was alive and screaming and beating on the window.
