All healthy adult Jewish people must fast on Yom Kippour. * Healthy: if the fast will be detrimental to your health you mustn't fast. Consult with a Doctor and LOR (Local Orthodox Rabbi) * Adult: Boys above Bar Mitzva (13) and girls above Bat Mitzva (12) must fast * Children may not fast unless they will become adults within the coming months.
