deer, moose, elk
Grey wolves are very intellegant. I think that's one of the special things Grey Wolfs have.
Usually, 2 wolves would fight for a female, and the winner would mate with her, and they would officially become the alpha's. A wolf can't randomly fight to become alpha, because not all of the wolves are suited for the packs needs. Also, the Beta wolves become the alpha's after one of the alpha's die, or get to old or injured to lead the pack anymore. It all depends on the packs needs! ;)
They hunt and build dens as houses and they drink from nearby water sources.

Because we hunt them for their pelt and to "protect" livestock and herds of moose, caribou, and deer that are far more plentiful than the gray wolf already. The world needs wolves.

Wolves primarily drink fresh water. Salt water is not suitable for their consumption as it can lead to dehydration due to its high salt content. Wolves fulfill their water needs by drinking from ponds, streams, rivers, and other freshwater sources.
no but the're cool YOU personally don't need a grey wolf. But the world needs all wolves, it is part of the food chain! Wolves actually help us by eating other animals, they are controlling the population. To much plant eating animals means not-so much grass.
Arctic Wolves Timber Wolves Red Wolves Ethiopian Wolves Indian Wolves Asiatic Wolves European Wolves (probably extinct)
Wolves in Wolves' Clothing was created in 2005.
Man did. Wolves were perfect hunters, man wanted to tame them for use in hunting, companionship. After a while, dogs evolved for specific needs, and away from wolf blood instinct.
Some species of wolves are the gray wolves, red wolves, antic wolves and the coyote-wolf hybrid.
