Selfless people inspire me the most. Human instinct tells us to survive, to take care of ourselves and protect what is ours, so I am touched on the greatest level by people who are selfless. Selfless people shine a light of hope on the parts of humanity we are not proud of. Selfless people defy the rules in the hopes of a better world.
For example, I cannot think of more inspiring people than the firefighters who dies on 9/11 because they chose to risk their lives to save people they never knew. This is the greatest aspect of humanity and it inspires me to be a better person and have hope for a brighter future.

∙ 13y agoSteve Jobs is a great inspiration for me. Besides, being a founder of Apple, the way he turned around Apple when he came back after being ousted from Apple was really inspiring. I am also inspired by Leland Wilkinson, the great entrepreneurial academic.
