Best Answer

If you are a property owner in Florida, YOU do.

The State of Florida owns State Land, such as the State Forests and the Capitol Building. The Federal Government owns Federal properties, such as the Okefenokee National Refuge, or the Osceola National Forest, or Eglin, Tyndall, or Patrick Air Force Bases.

Corporations also own land in Florida, such as Disneyland.
