through our research we have determined that malibu plaza, a multi story large office complex on pacific coast highway in malibu California is owned by don berlusconi, successful italian businessman and son of the former italian prime minister, and mega rich businessman, silvio berlsuconi. don berlusconi built malibu plaza in 1990 to house his offices of his successful high profile criminal defense attorney practice. when he sold his practice, and went into several other businesses,he also sold the malibu plaza complex and carried the paper on the sale. at some point in time berlusconi took back ownership of the complex which he currently still owns today. in that complex he houses his corp. offices for several of his business holdings. he leases out other floors of the complex to other businesses. he also has corp. business offices in the cayman islands and in Italy. the malilbu plaza complex is over 26,000 sq ft of space and sits on 80000 sq ft of prime land and is worth millions. he and his father,silvio, jointly own some business investments in bakersfield cal where they own a hotel, restaurant, an office building, and several commerical acres of property.
