I was just there yesterday and this question was asked by someone in the crowd. The employee answered "a company called The Natural Bridge Corporation." Save your money. $19 ( 8 times what Thomas Jefferson bought the bridge for in the 1700's) is way too much to see this rock. Toy Museum was a joke and so was the Butterfly display. I went on a Sunday motorcycle ride with 8 others and we ended up at the bridge. All 9 of us were disappointed.
