When I googled the address on record for Southampton I get two things. Bandera Commons Apartments in San Antonio and a name Ashok Buch. I also found that the financing for the purchase of Pinnacle Pointe by Southampton was arranged by Triad Capital Advisors Inc. of Kansas City, Mo. The property tax documents for Pinnacle Pointe are sent to Triad every year. Most of this is public record and the rest is research on the web.
