The director of the 'Good, the Bad and the Ugly' was Sergio Leone. He was famous for his "spaghitti westerns'( i.e. westerns produced by Italy, usually filmed in Spain). G,B and U was the third film in a trilogy starring Clint Eastwood as 'the man with no name'; the first was Fistful of Dollars (based on Akira Kurasawa's 'Yojimbo') and that was followed by 'For a Few Dollars More' (based on Akira Kurasawa's 'Sanjuro'). Sergio also directed 'Once Upon a Time in the West'.

Sergio Leone is a filmaker who is best known for the creation of spaghetti-westerns in the western genre. His signature feature to his films were extreme close-ups and lengthy long scenic shots. He was an Italian director, and died in Rome in 1989. His most famous recognition is the Dollars trilogy: A Fistful of Dollars, A Few Dollars More and The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
No one. Tuco was a character in The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. It was the second sequel to Fistful of Dollars. Tuco was the Ugly, with Clint Eastwood playing the Good (sort of), and Lee Van Cleef representing the Bad. Tuco, expertly played by actor Eli Wallach, was a scummy lowlife with nothing to recommend him. Yet, it is possible to sympathize with him, and he has been a memorable character throughout the years.

The term "Spaghetti Westerns" is a bigoted and ignorant term that really is moronic and should not be used. It's only used by those envious of the fact that an Italian Director made all of the best Westerns ever made, rather than an American director. That said, He starred in Sergio Leone's Man With No Name/Dollars trilogy. "A Fistful of Dollars", "For A Few Dollars More", and "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly".
