King Richard III ruled from 1483-1485, so there was no Henry in power in 1484. King Richard III was preceded by Edward VI (1461-1483) and V (1483) and succeeded by Henry VII (1485-1509).

Scotland was ruled by James IV of Scots. England and Wales was ruled by Henry VII of England (note that Wales was officially administered by the King of England's eldest son).
There were six English rulers in the 1500's. They were Henry VII who ruled from 1485-1509, Henry VIII who ruled from 1509-1547, Edward VI who ruled from 1547-1553, Jane who ruled for 9 days in 1553, Mary who ruled from 1553-1558, and Elizabeth I who ruled from 1558-1603.
