Hinduism is the oldest religion, but it didn't start out as a religion, it started out as practices then it got transformed into a religion. Hinduism has no actual founder. You can say that god is the founder of Hinduism, because the main base of Hinduism is the Vedas and the Vedas are believed to be writings of gods. So as god created Vedas we can say that god is the founder for Hinduism.
The "oldest" existing religion on earth is Hinduism (c. 2900 BCE) but it was undoubtedly not the first religion, which would have existed before invention of the written word or pre-history.
