This is quoted from King Richard III in the play of the same name; by William Shakespeare in the year 1592.

Not one of his most famous plays among: Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, Julius Caesar and Hamlet.

It doesn't actually have much historical backing of some of the stuff that is brought up, from the time of King Richard III 1483-1485.

In my opinion the play 'King Richard III' is propaganda; it's a unfair view of the ruler, although the play is regarded as a history; I hope this as answered your question and given you a strong view on it :)
