Who should you sue in a car accident?
If you caused the crash, you can't sue anybody and win. You will obviously lose- you caused the accident. If you were hit by the car and were doing everything right, then sue the person who hit you.
My car was totaled in a car accident and the guy at fault had no drivers license but the car had insurance Will my insurance go up due to the accident and should i sue the guy?
Your insurance may go up it may not, also sue for allot of money!!!
WEL IF ANYONE SCRATCHES OR DENT YOUR CAR THEN YOU CAN SUE
Sure, you can sue someone for just about anything. The question is, should you sue them? Were you injured? Was it an accident or was it malicious? If you feel you need to sue then contact a lawyer.
The injured party should seek compensation from the driver of whichever vehicle was at fault for the accident.
the driver at fault
Probably. When you purchase insurance, you are insuring the car. If you drive someone else's car and have an accident, their insurance should cover the costs (but their insurance *may* sue your insurance company for compensation/reimbursement.)
yes you can sue anybody. but it all depends on how badly you or your car was damaged and if the other person has insurance.
one word answer: YES
Start by hiring a lawyer.
no unless the car the driver was driving was unsafe and the problem of the accident but only the driver can sue in that case.
unless the person meant to do it then you can
If friend negligently caused the accident, yes.

Most states allow you to file a claim up to 2 or 3 years after an accident, but you can only sue an insurance company if they have denied your claim.
my uncle got sued for that, so my answer is yes
Generally no. You would have to prove the state built the road wrong or was at fault in some way for your accident.
Yes, and this pretty much always happens in such a situation. While the owner was not driving and may not have been anywhere near the accident, a theory of the action against the owner is that he/she should reasonably have know not to allow the driver to take the car.
As far as I am aware as long as there is any pain and/or trauma caused no matter how insignificant then yes you can sue
If after the fact, Not much you can do now. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CALL THE COPS!!! You could try and sue, but you would need to consult lawyer. If after the fact, Not much you can do now. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CALL THE COPS!!! You could try and sue, but you would need to consult lawyer.

You could try but I doubt you would prevail. What liability do you think the leinholder has in the accident? You need to sue the driver of the car that hit you.
if your saying a minor then at max 3 days if its major then a week at most
Were you the driver? If so, probably not unless the car was not properly maintained and was found to be unsafe after you took the wheel.
Both the driver and owner of vehicle are responsible. The injured party would sue you both.
if you made the accident(specially if it prove you did it on purpose) it is almost certain you will lose the lawsuit and even get sued yourself for fraud

Can you sue an auto insurance company for not providing you with collision coverage knowing that there is a lien holder on your car when you were in an accident?
No, why should they pay for your ignorance? You didn't know you needed collision coverage on a car you owe money for? And then you want to sue them for your ignorance? I'm guessing you are young and feel entitled to everthing, and if you mess up its someone else's fault. Good luck to you, and grow up!
You do and then turn around and sue the driver for the cost of your medical care.
Could I sue after being in a car accident and problems with my car are appearing two week later after coming out of the body shop?
Return the car to the body shop and also inform the insurance company of the problems you are having. Unfortunately, they do sometimes miss items that should have been fixed and/or damage something in the process of repair.
It all depends on the circumstances of the accident. It is possible that their are multiple people at fault for different pieces of the accident. You should really contact a car accident attorney to consult about this incident.
First, a report should be filed with the police about the car accident. Details and documentation of the accident are necessary for action. The auto insurance company of the participating party should be immediately notified and claims should be filed.
If you have been involved in a car accident, the first thing that you should do is contact 911 if there have been any injuries, so that you can get medical attention. After that, you should make sure to take notes of what happened and photos if possible. You should also get the contact information for anyone involved in the accident, and report the accident to your insurance company.
Enough to fix the car and cover medical expenses. There is not supposed to be a 'gain' from a car accident, you should be put back to your original state.
