Who takes care of all media?

I am not sure what you mean by "takes care of." Media (the singular is "medium") usually refers to methods of communication such as radio, television, the internet, books and magazines, movies, and recorded music. Some of these media are operated by major corporations like Comcast or AT&T. Some are produced and maintained by individuals or by entrepreneurs. So, there is no one person who is responsible for ALL the media. There are many people who are involved -- for example, corporate owners of radio and TV stations; people who are performers on radio and TV; audience members who watch or listen to the programs.
