Walt Disney drew the plans and everything for Walt Disney World but he died before consruction was finished, and he never got to see his dream. But, then his brother, Roy, took over to finish the building after Walt. Though, it took him a while to agree because Roy didn't want to be head of Disney, but he did agree, finally.
