Who tried to kidnap Shawn Johnson?

A 34 year old mentally ill man from Florida named Robert O'Ryan tried to kipnap Shawn early last week during rehersals at the studios where DWTS is produced. He says that Shawn talked to him through the TV and ESP. He said that he packed up his whole life in Florida and went to be with Shawn in LA. O'Ryan said he was going to be with Shawn no matter what and that they were going to have children. He was caught jumping a fence at the studios where DWTS is produced. Once security at the studios caught him, they called the police. Once arrested the police searched his car and hotel room. He was found with 2 fully loaded guns (one being a shotgun), Duct Tape, zip ties, love letters to Shawn, and a map to the "victim" (as the articles state it). Then Teri Johnson (Shawn's mother) immeadiately filed a request for a restraining order against O'Ryan. The document that was filed said that Shawn was "in fear for her life" and that they were worried that he (O'Ryan) would "make good on his statements". The restraining order was granted and O'Ryan was instructed to not contact, or have any activity involving Shawn, her parents, and Mark Ballas (Shawn's DWTS partner). Shawn now also has a new "big brother". The Johnson's hired a private body guard for Shawn. He is said to be an off duty police officer. Currently O'Ryan is being held in jail on bail awaiting his court date in mid-April.

As a side note, Shawn was not aware of the incident when she danced a fabulous foxtrot on week 3 of DWTS earning her a score of 27 and a tie for 1st place.
