Well I am one so I can tell you. Well first keep training and don't stop. But before you put yourself through all that training make sure you are pure of heart. I am pure of heart in my case I am the good pure of heart. Vegeta was pure of evil so he was able to turn Super Sayian. Next train in about 100x your gravity. When your training is complete now you will need the power of loss. Like I did when Freeza (or Frieza) killed Krillin. Now I guess you won't be in this type of situation so pretend your mother or best friend is being killed by Cell or Frieza. Then tada your Super Sayian. You also have to be a Sayian
