Biagio de Cesena was the Pope's Master of Ceremonies during the Renaissance era. He was the one who opposed the genital nudity in Michelangelo's painting, The Last Judgment (in the Sistine Chapel). In response, Michelangelo painted Cesena's face onto the figure in the bottom right-hand corner; he is depicted with a snake biting his genitals.
