Answer 1

The sole Power to Rule and be worshiped lies in the Being of Almighty Allah. But Allah karim does not come to the world to become the Ruler. The Muslims are free to chose any system of government they like but the Muslim government should make laws keeping in view the Teachings of the Qur'an and Sunna.

Answer 2

The historic leader of the Islamic Empires, especially in the early period was the Caliph who was seen to be the ruler of all Muslims on Earth. With the fracturing of the religion of Islam into Sunnis, Shiites, and Khawarijites (later to be replaced by Ibadis) and the fracturing of the Islamic Empire into more numerous Islamic Empires, the Caliph lost universal influence and Muslims came under the governance of Kings, Emirs, Sultans, and Shahs as well as Caliphs.

There is no Islamic ruler, as Islam is a religion, not a country.

An Islamic state is called a Caliphate, and therefore the ruler of the state is called a Caliph, but he is not like a pope is to Christianity. He is more like a governor, just a leader of the state.

There are many different kinds of Moslems. I am an Ahmedi Muslim and our leader is called Hazoor.

The religion of Islam was started by a man named Muhammad.

Islam is far from a monolith (Islam makes Orthodox, Catholic, and Protestant Christianity look like the same religion) and as a result there are numerous scholars and sufis who lead various sects of Islam in various places at various times.

Islam is the religion of Allah (god) it doesnt have a king other than the messengers sent upon us

Having a King, an Emperor, a Caliph, a President is the system of government. The Muslims in various countries may adopt Dictatorship, Kingship, Democracy, or any other system for their government. Islam does not bind them. In many Muslim countries there are democratic governments in practice. Some Muslim countries are being ruled by Kings and amirs.
