As of June 2014, the Secretary of the Treasury is Jacob Lew. He is the 76th Secretary of State. He began his term on February 27, 2013.
The Secretary of State was William Seward, and the Secretary of the Treasury was Salmon Portland Chase. Both were Republicans and among all of Lincoln's cabinet, Chase was the most radical. As an aside, many Republicans had complained that Seward was more qualified to carry the Republican banner in the 1856 presidential elections. Fremont had received the nod.

His Vice President is Joseph (Joe) Biden, who was vice president during his first term as well. There is a new secretary of state-- John Kerry. The secretary of the treasury is also new-- Jacob Lew. But as for who has served in Mr. Obama's first term, among his fifteen cabinet members were the Secretary of State (Hillary Clinton), Secretary of Defense (Leon Panetta), Secretary of the Treasury (Timothy Geithner), Secretary of the Interior (Kenneth Salazar), Secretary of Agriculture (Thomas Vilsack), Secretary of Labor (Hilda Solis) and Secretary of Transportation (Ray LaHood).
