Mindy had been mentioned a couple of times on the show but only made an appearance in two episodes. The first episode, Season 1, Episode 20, The One With the Evil Orthodontist, she is played by Jennifer Grey. In her last appearance, Season 2, Episode 24, The One With Barry and Mindy's Wedding, she is played by Jana Marie Hupp.
