Sunstar was the leader of ThunderClan. His first deputy Tawnyspots retired, then he chose Bluefur(star). His brother, Featherwhisker, was the ThunderClan medicine cat and was Spottedleaf's mentor. He is a bright ginger tom with green eyes.

Sunstar was a noble and wise ginger tom who used to be the leader of ThunderClan in the original Warriors series by Erin Hunter. He was known for his guidance and leadership skills that helped the Clan survive through tough times. Sunstar was succeeded by Bluestar as the leader of ThunderClan.
