Germany had sunk the Lusitania, which was a British liner carrying 128 American citizens, who all died. They also sunk many other merchant ships. Then Germany attempted to get Mexico to turn on the United States by sending them the Zimmerman note. This note was intercepted and sent to the U.S. The U.S. got increasingly angry at Germany, and President Woodrow Wilson asked for a declaration of war against Germany from Congress.

I am John Hancock
He was an American merchant and a signer to the United States Declaration of Independence.
John Hancock (1737-1793), orphaned as a boy, was adopted by a rich uncle who had no children of his own. Hancock is best remembered for his large, flamboyant signature on the Declaration of Independence.
I think you mean the Declaration of Independence, on Time Tangled Island? What you do is go to the Mali Empire and go into the Timbuktu Hotel place. There will be a man on the top floors who is a document merchant. Talk to him and you will be given the chance to solve a puzzle: putting together the pieces of a painting of Mansa Musa. When you have finished the puzzle, the merchant will give you the Declaration of Independence.
