Luke 2:21-38
"...There was also a prophetess, Anna, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was very old; she had lived with her husband seven years after her marriage, and then was a widow until she was eighty-four. She never left the temple but worshiped night and day, fasting and praying.Coming up to them at that very moment, she gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were looking forward to the redemption of Jerusalem...."
The name of the elderly women at the temple who carried jesus as a baby in the temple was the prophetess Anna. We read about this and her mentioned by name at Luke 2:36-38.

I can't imagine that he didn't stay close by the whole time Jesus was at the Temple, so it's reasonable to assume that he was there for the circumcision and naming.
When Joseph and Mary brought the baby Jesus form the dedication at the temple ,beside his parents Simon the priest and Anna the old prophetess was there .
Let us take one answer at a time, first Luke Ch. 2 v 21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb. Verse 22 says 'And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;' This would indicate that Jesus was brought to the temple in Jerusalem but not on the same day as His circumcision.
They were king david and king Solomon who finished the temple.

Mary brought Jesus to the temple, before God, to be circumcised, eight days after he was born. Then 33 days after that Mary brought Jesus before the Lord according to the law of Moses, (Leviticus 12,2 to 6)
Jesus was presented in the temple to the priest Simon, as he was dedicated there.
According to the Bible, the Lord first came to the temple at Jerusalem during the reign of King Solomon. The temple was completed around 957 BC.
And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord; Luke 2:22
Jesus was found in the temple in Jerusalem, known as the Temple of Jerusalem or the Temple of Solomon.
