His brother's name was ishmael. isaac is the so called father of the Jewish people and ishmael the father of the Arab i.e. Muslim people. the bible actually foretells the struggle that there will be between the two offspring of Abraham.

there is also disagreement between the Jews and Arabs about who the covenant was made with, ishmael or isaac...

Isaac, Jacob...etc (Esau's brother in this case). The Bible is clear that no man has gone to heaven except the Son of Man (John 3:13).

Who was Jacob's hairy twin brother in the Bible?

Isaac did not have a twin brother. He did, however, have twin sons: Jacob & Esau. (Genesis 25:24-26) 24 Gradually her days came to the full for giving birth, and, look! twins were in her belly. 25 Then the first came out red all over like an official garment of hair; so they called his name E′sau. 26 And after that his brother came out and his hand was holding onto the heel of E′sau; so he called his name Jacob. And Isaac was sixty years old at her giving them birth.
