Does Mitch McVicker remember the car accident that killed Rich Mullins?

He claims he has no memory of what led up to the accident or after. Authorities said the accident in which Mullins died occurred at 9:53 p.m. Friday, September 24, 1997, in the southbound lanes of Interstate 39, near the town of Lostant, Ill. Sgt. Ed Adams of the LaSalle County Sheriff's Department said Mullins and McVicker were traveling in a 1994 Jeep Wrangler ragtop when the vehicle, for unknown reasons, lost control and flipped. The men, whom officials believe weren't wearing seat belts, were tossed from the Jeep. A semi-tractor trailer truck also traveling south on Interstate 39 came upon the flipped-over vehicle and an occupant on the roadway and swerved to avoid them. The truck then struck Mullins, who was in the other lane. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials don't know who was driving the Jeep. It was thought that the accident occurred when the Jeep passed a semi and one of the wheels went off the road. The driver over-corrected, and the vehicle flipped.

How do you operate a 9 speeds Volvo tractor trailer?

You go to a truck driving school and learn how to drive a truck. If you "know" how to drive a truck, just imagine you're driving a 10 speed, but you skip over what would be 6th gear in a 10 speed.

What license do you need to drive snowplow truck?

That depends on exactly what you're driving. A pickup truck with a snowplow mounted on the front doesn't require a CDL. A single axle dump truck weighing under 26,000 lbs doesn't, either. The moment that vehicle weighs over 26,000 lbs., or if you're driving a tandem/tri-axle/quad axle/etc. dump truck with a plow, then you need a Class B CDL. If, at any point, you're driving a combination (of truck and trailer) with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of over 26,000 lbs, and the vehicle in tow is rated at over 10,000 lbs, then you need a Class A CDL.
