Uncle Ben. Peter's parents died when he was a baby, and his aunt May and uncle Ben raised him as their own. Uncle Ben has guided Peter through everything, being a very wise and inspiring person and his father figure. Before being shot by a criminal Spider-man could've stopped Ben told Peter "With great power, comes great responsibility". Spider-man has described that its those words why he's still Spider-man despite all of the crap he's gone through in his life. Aunt May can be considered a mentor too, but its Uncle Ben that gave the best impact on Peter to this day.

Spider-Man's main mentor is typically portrayed as Uncle Ben, who imparts the famous lesson that "With great power comes great responsibility." Additionally, in different storylines, characters like Tony Stark (Iron Man) and Nick Fury have also served as mentors to Spider-Man.
