No records of his pupils, but he was famous for his "Paradoxes" and they are said to have influenced Protagoras, Plato and Aristotle. Modern Bertrand Russell spoke highly of the "Paradoxes" His main teacher was Parmenides who is thought to have adopted him. Rumors of a relationship between the two men are not mentioned in most texts, but still persist.
Don't know about Stoicism, but he is attributed as a source of the Dialectic method as taught by Socrates.
