Emanuel Willis Wilson (born August 11, 1844 in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia; died May 28, 1905 in Charlston, West Virginia) succeeded Jacob B. Jackson as the seventh Governor of West Virginia, serving between March 4, 1885 and February 6, 1890, including the whole of 1886.
