I think Terry O'Reilly was. He didn't always win but he certainly never backed down, he even went into the stands at MSG starting the melee with the fans. And, after all, they did give the penalty box to him as he spent the most time in it, and as they have changed the game over the years his PIM record with the Bruins will probably never be beaten.
