I am fairly certain the Wulsin building was named after Lucien Wulsin (I,II, or III) from the Baldwin Piano company. The company is based out of Cincinnati, so and Indianapolis tie is not to far off the beaten path so-to-speak. I even tried Cha-Cha and got a text to call a realtor about the building as there is retail space avalable but I am gessing they won't be able to answer this question either.
