No one believed the rise of communism was a greater threat than Germany during WWII. Western Europe was allied with communist Russia during WWII, so they did not wish to destroy their ally. It wasn't until after WWII that fear shifted to the rise of communism, as communism spread all over Eastern Europe and even divided Germany.
Leader of Germany was obviously Adolf Hitler Russia*cummunism* Joseph Stalin i think and i believe the leader of fascist Italy during WWII was Benito Mussolini
In both WWI and WWII Russia allied with Great Britain, France, and the United States.
Yes there was even a Nazi sympathizer dictator during WWII running the country.
Well, stains were quite a prevalent issue, as they are now, but they did exclusively reside or originate from Russia. If you meant "Stalin" as in Joseph Stalin, then yes, he was a Soviet leader (I am not quite sure if whether or not in WWII). Hope I Helped!
By WW2 Stalin was in power. He was a dictator who rose up to power during the rise of the Communists, 'the Bolsheviks', by destroying all political opposition within the party and out of the party, which means he practically destroyed all the aims of the communists, but he did it well =]
