∙ 7y agoVicente Guerrero (1782 - 1831) was the second president of Mexico, after Guadalupe Victoria. His term in office lasted from April 1, 1829 until December 17, 1829.
The first black president of Mexico was Vicente Ramon Guerrero. This was in 1829 and he was the second president of Mexico. He was actually of Indian, African and white European descent.
As far as I know, no president were born/lived in New Mexico.
