I may be wrong but I think it's Noah.
Genesis 9:21 And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.
Although we have the first recorded instance of a person being drunk, The Bible gives little or no indication who was actually the first drunk in terms of it being habitual. The indications in the account of Noah are that he was not habitually drunk and that this was a notable exception although certainly a blot upon his good character.
There are a number of possibilities as to who was the first person to have this habit, but these would only be guesses.
I'm reading genesis for school this week, so far i found out:
Noah, after the flood, plants a vineyard and gets drunk and falls asleep.
in another story...two sisters get their father drunk and make themselves pregnant by him because they are worried they won't get husbands. it was Lot's daughters who did this. I'm sure theres more, but I'm just checking wikipedia right now.
Both Noah and Lot were drunk.
Noah in Genesis 9:20-21.

Wycliff was the first. His preacher boys would go across the English country side, reciting the parts of the Bible they had memorized to the farmers and workers. There were also hand written copies of the Wycliff Bible. The first published Bible came later, in the Tyndale translation.
The first person in Bible scripture noted to become intoxicated was Noah: Genesis 9:21...and he (Noah) drank of the wine, and was drunken...

The Bible does not mention that he was. It was the custom for brides to be heavily veiled on the day of the marriage, which would account for not noticing he had been tricked.
