In fact, the mission of Jesus (which is not yet over) was not as great in scope, as the mission of Moses was. In fact, Jesus said, how many times, "I came not to destroy the Law, but to fulfill"?
SO: Jesus was a follower of the Law that was given to Moses.
Then came Muhammad, who fulfilled Jesus' Good News of the "Kingdom of God on Earth", and the coming of the "Messenger of the Covenant".
Muhammad was the greatest Prophet of all (in his mission, importance of his mission, and complete success).

As this is totally a subjective question, there will be many answers. According to the Judaen-Christian Scriptures, there are many to chose from like King David, Moses, or any of the Patriarchs before him. But none, IMO, can even begin to shine compared to Jesus who even said He is greater than all others. Only He ascended into Heaven to the Throne of His Father (John 3:13).
