Alan L. Bean
Charles M. Duke, Jr - was the pilot for the lunar module on the Apollo 16 mission. It was Charles M. Duke, Jr's only spaceflight to date. Apollo 16 was the 10th manned mission to the Moon.
The team for Apollo 11 moon mission were Neil Armstrong,commander, Michael Collins command module pilot and Edwin Aldrin lunar module pilot.
There were three people on every Apollo lunar mission. On Apollo 17, these were Eugene A. Cernan (Mission Commander), Harrison H. Schmitt (Lunar Module Pilot), and Ronald E. Evans (Command module pilot). As the command module remained in lunar orbit, Evans stayed in it while Schmitt and Cernan went to the surface in the Lunar Module (lander).
Apollo 8 was the second manned Apollo flight and the first manned mission to the moon. On board was Spacecraft Commander Frank Borman, Command Module Pilot James Lovell, and Lunar Module Pilot William Anders. The mission was to prove the capability of the Apollo command and lunar modules and crew to operate the lunar distances. The Lunar Module was not on board because it was not ready for flight at that time.
Edwin Aldrin was the Lunar module pilot.

Alan L. Bean was the Lunar Module Pilot on Apollo 12. He was born on March 15, 1932. He was the backup command pilot for Gemini 10 and on Apollo 9 he was he backup Lunar Module Pilot. Alan L. Bean was the fourth man to walk on the Moon.
