Reggae was coined and invented in trench town Jamaica by Ras cardo also of trench town and an original wailing wailer along with his brethrens including Junior Braithwaite. Joe Higgs was present so was Peter Tosh, Delroy Wilson and many onlookers in the yard. This was before Bob Marley came in the area and before anyone stepped foot into any recording studios.
So many people today get it all wrong by reading the lies of those who write that Jimmy Cliff, Toots and the Maytals and so many others discovered it. None of these entities were around us nor in trench town when we created our works in reggae. They have had years to correct this falsity but they chose not to do so. Reggae is for the trench town people and was created by Ras cardo and his brethrens to remain so. This is facts and truth. Ras cardo has the copyrights to his creation for all to see, and the testimonies of those who were present including Joe Higgs as the godfather of reggae. Get the truth. Get the facts.

Reggae Reggae source is the best source in the world, it was invented by Levi roots in draggons den. it's a very nice source what you can put on your chicken, nice and spicey.
There are a good bit of reggae in RUSH songs, which reggae is one of my favorite genres. Digital Man has reggae throughout the song. Spirit of the Radio has a little reggae jam in it. Vital Signs also has some reggae. The album Grace Under Pressure has it sprinkled throughout.
Check out Bad Brains, Hardcore/Reggae. Also check out front man HR's solo stuff.
Bob Dylan does have some songs in his catalogue which incorporate reggae rhythms, including "Man Gave Names to All the Animals" (from the album "Slow Train Coming) and "Dead Man, Dead Man" (from the album "Shot of Love"). Interestingly, Dylan worked with the legendary reggae rhythm section of Sly Dunbar (drums) and Robbie Shakespeare (bass) on the album "Infidels", though, surprisingly, there is hardly a hint of reggae among the songs. One of the songs, "I and I", was later remixed and included on "Is it Rolling Bob: A Reggae Tribute to Bob Dylan".

Reggae Reggae Sauce was first bought to the nation's attention in 2007 when its flamboyant creator, Levi Roots, entered the Dragon's Den strumming his guitar and drawing bemused looks from the panel. Dragon Peter Jones eventually decided to invest in the product however, and the sauce and its creator are now household names. Source http://www.businesscornwall.co.uk/expansion/rowes-goes-reggae-123
