There were only two during that period. William Howard Taft served from March 1909 to March 1913 (new presidents were inaugurated in March, not January, back then); Taft was the 27th president of the United States. He was succeeded by the 28th president, Woodrow Wilson, who served two terms, from March 1913 until March 1921.
