Well it depends their are two Father Hidalgo's. The one that is famous for "The Cry Of Delores" Or in Spanish "Grito De Delores", Or the other One The 1st one was captured by the Spanish Government And shot by a JAIL GUARD, The other was Killed by a group Of Spanish Soldier's.
