Each recruit believes that he or she had the toughest Drill Instructor in the Corps assigned to their platoon.
The fact that the Drill Instructors are just short of being the craziest son's-o-bitches in the world doesn't help that impression. The fact that the Corps still turns out some of the greatest fighting men and women in the world is a testament to their desire, dedication and belief in our Corps.
