The birth dates and even years of early Popes are frequently not available. In modern times, Popes have generally been elected at older ages. Today a man of 65 years is generally considered too young to be Pope. The youngest Pope was probably either

+ Pope Benedict IX who became Pope at an unknown age between 11 and 20

+ Pope John XII who was 18 at the beginning of his papacy

Benedict IX was around 18 to 20 years old when made pontiff, although some sources claim 11 or 12. Or is may have been Pope John XII (who was 18 at the beginning of his papacy). In either case, both of these pontiffs were vile, immoral and disgusting individuals who should have never sat on the Throne of St. Peter.

Pope Benedict IX, who some say was only 12 years old at the time of his election was the youngest pope. Others say he was 18 years or in his early 20s when elected the first time in 1031 and is the only pope to have served more than one term (3). He was less than a 'Holy Father" and was eventually deposed and excommunicated.

Pope Benedict IX was probably the youngest and, perhaps, the most vile and disgusting individual to sit on the throne of St. Peter. Some say he was 10-12 years old when his father purchased the papacy for him. Others say he was 18-20 years old. Another possible contender was Pope John XII who was 18 years old when he began his reign. He, too, was a coarse and immoral man.

That would be either Benedict IX who was elected at age 18-20 (some say 12) or John VII who was 18 when elected.

Some say that would be Pope Benedict IX who was placed on the throne sometime between the age of 11 and 20. It may also have been Pope John XII who was 18 when he became pope.
