Thomas McKean (March 19, 1734 - June 24, 1817) was a signer of the Declaration of Independence from Delaware. Although born in Pennsylvania, he studied law in Delaware and practiced there and in New Jersey, as well as in Pennsylvania. He represented Delaware in the Second Continental Congress, where he voted for Independence and signed the Declaration. He went on to both military and political service.
