Although the names are not referred to in the New Testament, according to some traditions, Caspar, Mechoir, and Balthazar were the Three Wise Men who visited Jesus after his birth. Other traditions give their names as Larvandad, Gushnasaph, and Hormisdas or Hor, Karsudan, and Basanater or Kagpha, Badadakharida, and Badadilma. Other traditions also exist, and because there are no historical documents that date back to that time, all we have to go on is tradition, and documents written hundreds of years later that may or may not be correct.

Myrrh I don't know who originally answered this question, but from various web sites you can find any one of three answers to the question: gold, incense, myrrh. The reason it is difficult to find an answer is that the three wise men named Caspar, Melchoir and Balthazar are from European folklore, and therefore not actual fact, with a definitive answer. The Bible tells us only that there were wise men (or magi, multiple, more than one) who came from the east, looking for the King of the Jews, and they worshipped Him and offered him gifts of gold, frankincesne and myrrh. Very few details are included in this account.
